Term and Conditions

- If you would like work shipped to you, you would pay for them in full, plus carriage. We will refund you the full cost of the artwork (less shipping costs), provided the terms of our Money Back Guarantee are fulfilled.
- Your order will be fulfilled as soon as we can. We will inform you immediately about any delays and advise you of the delivery day.
- The actual artwork colours may not match the colours on your screen depending on monitor configuration.
- The price may not include framing. This can be confirmed with us. We can arrange framing at additional cost.
- When shipping to you, we will provide you with a shipping quote, to be agreed by you, prior to dispatch; this price includes packing and insurance in transit.
- All prices stated on our website are inclusive of Value Added Tax. If, due to circumstances beyond our control, the published price on the website is incorrect, we will inform you prior to any transaction taking place.
- If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it with receipt to our Gallery in Brighton for a full refund on the following conditions: Firstly, you must contact us within 7 days of your order’s arrival with you, either by email to info@chameleongallery.org or by telephone or fax on 01273324432, advising us in advance of the return. Secondly, Artwork must be returned in its original packing and undamaged to Chameleon Gallery, 13a Prince Albert Street, Brighton, BN1 1HE, UK. It must be returned within 10 days of your order’s arrival with you. Providing you fulfil these two conditions, we will arrange for a full refund of the cost of the artwork to your credit card. You will not be refunded the shipping costs and you must pay for shipping the work back to us.
- Risk in the goods passes on delivery to the address stated in your order. Title to the goods will pass to you when full payment is made for them and we shall be entitled at any time before title passes without any liability: to terminate your right to use, sell or otherwise deal in the goods; to enter your home or premises and re-possess the goods; and to use or sell the goods.
- In the case of goods returned to us, risk and title (and thus responsibility for insurance) return to us on safe receipt, undamaged, of the goods.
- We do not guarantee that the art on our site will always be available, nor do we guarantee that we will provide an error free service.
- Purchasers are responsible for any local customs, duties and local taxes required.
